How we work
The Triangle ofCare
Three parties carry one commitment: your management, the team member, and us. Behind it sits a hybrid model that takes the hiring risk off your plate.

Part A
How we stay close
Practical support that keeps knowledge, expectations and people connected from day one.

Connecting the dots
We help the new team member get the right information and the right introductions inside your organisation.
Knowledge bridge
We don't claim to know every detail. When a role needs a specific skill, we connect the person to someone in our network who already has it.
The five principles
From precision placement to knowledge sharing
- 01
Precision placement
We map your context and your DNA before we select anyone.
- 02
Sustained engagement
We're in the room on day one, together with your management.
- 03
Proactive mediation
We surface friction early, while it's still cheap to solve.
- 04
Coaching both ways
Continuous support for the team member and for the line manager.
- 05
Knowledge sharing
What we learn in your organisation goes back into your team.

Where these figures come from: our own assignments — roles closed against the roles we were asked to fill, people replaced against roles closed, and contracts renewed against contracts offered.
Part B
The hybrid model
Belgium abolished the probation period in 2014. A permanent hire carries full notice and full protection from day one, so a senior mis-hire is expensive and slow to correct. Our model takes that risk off your plate.

From first day to final fit
A safer way to build the team
The relationship develops through real work, with clarity for everyone at every stage.
No selection fee at the start
You pay one monthly flat rate, benchmarked against the market.
The team member joins on our payroll
You both observe fit, output and chemistry in daily work.
Internalization
Upon positive evaluation, the person moves to your payroll. No transfer fee, no renegotiation.
If the match doesn't hold
We offboard and restart the selection at no extra cost.

One commitment, three parties.

“You only sign the marriage contract when both sides are sure.”

Why we have introduced Triangle of Care model?
Read about MS Management philosophy
The traditional staffing model is broken. Here's what we replaced it with. For years, the industry ran on a simple formula: match a CV to a role, place the person, send the invoice, move on. If something went wrong three months later, it was usually too late to fix. I stopped believing in that model a long time ago. It treats hiring as a transaction and people as interchangeable parts. Neither is true. At MS Management Services, we replaced it with the Triangle of Care. Three sides, continuous contact: us, our client, and the professional we placed. The point is not to add another layer of process. The point is to keep the right conversation open on both sides at the same time. With management, we regularly check what is expected from the person in the role, whether the output aligns with the direction, whether anything has shifted that we should know about. With the professional, we ask a different set of questions. Are they comfortable in the environment? Are there gaps we should train? Do they need coaching on specific aspects of the company culture, the stakeholder dynamics, the way decisions actually get made? This flow of communication is what allows us to catch misalignments when they are still small. A gap in week three is a conversation. The same gap in month six is a resignation letter. The result shows up in the numbers. Under 10% replacement rate. 91% renewal rate. Long-term partnerships that outlast individual placements. Traditional outsourcing places people. The Triangle of Care keeps them successful.
