For twenty years, I worked in operational management — leading teams, supporting managers, and keeping the daily business of large international organisations moving.
My work was always about people: coaching colleagues, building teams, and supporting managers as they grew into their roles, across operations in Belgium, Germany and France, and beyond.
M.S. Management & Outstaffing Services grew out of that work. Clients kept asking me to help staff their project teams, with one argument: a manager who knows the company culture can cast the right DNA for the organisation. So I merged 20 years of management experience with the recruiter role, and a one-man consultancy organically became a company.
What I've learned in those years is simple. Casting purely on hard skills doesn't get you there. Hard skills can be trained. Mindset can't be adapted.
The people who succeed in a new environment are the flexible ones. They handle different stakeholders, work across cultures, and adjust how they deliver a message depending on who's in the room: deep in the detail with an operational team, highly focused with senior management.
