    What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on or reads from your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, tracking pixels, software development kits and device identifiers, can work in comparable ways. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.

  2. (02)

    Our position

We keep this website deliberately simple. We run no advertising and no marketing trackers. We do not build profiles of visitors, we do not follow you across other websites, and we do not share visitor data with advertising networks.

We do want to know how the site is used, so we measure visits with a tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Section 4 explains it.

This website therefore sets only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work or to provide a service you expressly request. Under Belgian and EU rules, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent, but we must still inform you about them.

Separately from this, the company that hosts the site records technical information about every request made to it. We do not control that and we have no access to it. Section 5 explains what it involves.

  3. (03)

    Cookies we use

At the date of this policy, this website sets no cookies.

Our analytics tool sets none either, by design. Section 4 explains how we measure visits without them.

If this ever changes, we will update this section and the date above before the change goes live.

    How we measure visits

We use Plausible Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read, how long they stay and roughly where in the world they are.

It also counts clicks on links that take you elsewhere on the internet and clicks on our e-mail buttons, so we know which of those are useful. These are totals only and are not tied to you.

Plausible sets no cookies and stores no personal data. It does not record your IP address, does not fingerprint your device and does not use any persistent identifier, so it cannot recognise you across visits or across websites. We see totals and trends, never individuals.

Plausible is operated by Plausible Insights OÜ, an Estonian company, and all data is processed and stored on servers owned by European companies within the European Union. It is never transferred outside the European Economic Area and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Because no cookies are set and no personal data is collected, this measurement does not require your consent.

    Hosting and external resources

Fonts, images, scripts and videos are served from our own domain. We embed no third-party widgets, social buttons, comment systems or marketing tags in our pages.

The website is hosted and delivered by Lovable Labs Incorporated, a company established in the United States. In operating that infrastructure, Lovable records technical information about requests made to the site, including the device’s IP address and approximate location, browser type and version, the pages requested, timestamps, and session or device identifiers. It uses that information for security and for operating and improving its platform, and it acts as an independent controller for it.

We have no access to this information and we do not use it for any purpose of our own.

Transfers of personal data to Lovable outside the European Economic Area are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Lovable’s own privacy terms are available at lovable.dev.

    Video

The videos on this website are hosted on our site and served from the same domain as the rest of the pages. Watching them does not connect you to any third-party video platform, and no advertising or tracking cookies are set.

Videos never start automatically. Nothing is downloaded until you press play, and we do not record who watches what.

If we move our videos to an external platform in the future, we will update this policy and inform you about that platform’s data practices before you press play.

  7. (07)

    Links to other sites

Our website links to LinkedIn, including to our company page and to our job advertisements. A link does not itself place LinkedIn cookies through our website. Once you choose to follow such a link you leave our website and are on their platform, where LinkedIn’s cookie and privacy policies apply.

  8. (08)

Changing the cookie configuration or this policy

If we add any non-essential cookie, we will ask for your prior consent before it is stored or read, through a banner that lets you accept or refuse each type. Refusing will be as easy as accepting, no non-essential option will be pre-selected, and you will be able to withdraw or change your choice at any time and as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out beforehand.

This policy and the list in section 3 will be updated at the same time.

  9. (09)

    Managing cookies yourself

This website has no cookie-preference control, because there is nothing to consent to. You can delete cookies already stored on your device and block new ones through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

  10. (10)

    More information

How we handle personal data generally, including your rights, recipients, international transfers, retention periods and the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, is described in our Privacy Policy. If you are a candidate, see our Candidate Privacy Notice.
