D. Bring the team into alignment

Programs for teams and companies working through differences in values, roles and expectations.

  • Team values

    Corporate program

Help leaders understand their own and each other’s values. Spiral Dynamics is used to explore gaps between those values and the company culture.

  • Why can’t we agree?

    Group of 12 · 3 meetings of 4 hours

Explore values, roles and expectations through a before-and-after values radar, a recurring-conflict map and one agreement tested in everyday work.

    Who it is for

    • Middle and senior managers
    • Those with a tough manager or who cannot find common ground with colleagues
    • Those who win arguments but the tension stays
    • Those tired of explaining the same thing for the third time

    How it works

    • Meeting 1 — Levels and values: a short introduction to Graves’ Spiral Dynamics, reading a conflict and building your own values profile
    • Meeting 2 — Role-play: pairs step into a conversation with a built-in conflict (e.g. keeping a valued specialist who wants to leave) while the group identifies levels; then an exercise to draw out a manager’s unspoken expectations
    • Meeting 3 — Your cases: working through real conflicts

    What you get

Your values profile and level, the experience of talking with someone at a different level reviewed by the group and facilitators, questions that surface unspoken expectations before work starts, one real conflict worked through, and a map of levels to take back to your team. An immersive format — more play and conversation than theory.

Expert in Psychographics, Personal Strategy, and Business Coaching

25 years in international business. The depth of coaching. A strategic view of the person.

Business and strategy

25 years in international business — corporate management, marketing, IT and digital transformation. I know how a business works from the inside: how decisions are made, why strong leaders lose energy, and where career growth stalls. Over the years I was called a strategic partner; today I bring that approach to my clients.

Coaching and psychology

My practice covers career transitions, burnout, rebuilding yourself and personal strategy. I combine a manager’s systems thinking with coaching tools and a deep understanding of neurobiology and behavioural psychology.

I led brand strategy, IT platforms and data, and left the corporate world because of burnout and a loss of meaning. Now I know how to move forward without losing myself.

I work with validated psychometrics, research on emotions and beliefs, coherence therapy and neurobiology. I know how to lead change without breaking people: I understand where a person is and give them time to adapt.

What I build is your ability to move forward on your own.
